What exactly do I pay?

Starter is $15 a month, Growth is $60 a month, and Pro is $100 a month. Starter and Growth start with a free month. You also get free tracking credits when you sign up (10, 15 or 20, depending on the plan). After those, buy credits as you need them, one at a time or in bulk for a discount. Each extra eBay store is $15 a month.

What happens after month 2 on Starter?

Once your store is set up and selling, Starter moves you up to Growth, so you can list up to 10,000 products. It's $60 a month from then on, and we'll remind you before it happens.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: Starter is $150 a year, Growth $600, Pro $1,000.

Do I need a card for the free month?

Yes, but nothing is charged during your free month. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all.

How do tracking credits work?

Amazon's tracking numbers often aren't accepted by eBay, so we convert each one into a tracking number eBay accepts. That keeps every order marked shipped and on time. Each conversion uses 1 credit. Your free sign-up credits are used first. After that, buy as few as 1 credit at a time (95¢ each), only when you make a sale, or buy ahead in bulk and pay as little as 12.5¢ each.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes, any time, in two clicks from your billing page. If you cancel, your listings stay on eBay but auto-ordering and price sync stop, so end or pause them first. We show you how.
